The app lacks a mechanism for hosts to confirm reservations, which put me in an awkward situation. I booked a host during non-working hours, and they were unresponsive, leaving me stranded with my luggage. Although I got a refund, I wasted a lot of time.I suspected something was wrong with the host's working hours since it was closed at 9:30 AM (google maps) despite allowing reservations in application. Support assured me everything was fine and that the host was accepting orders, but they couldn't reach the host either.Additionally, I paid extra for 24/7 support, but support ignored me in the chat for 20 minutes and were offline, even though I arrived at the scheduled luggage drop-off time.... Для нас было приятной неожиданностью что есть такой сервис, т.к. на вокзале не оказалось камеры хранения и нам нужно было где-то оставить наш багаж , спасибо за вашу идею, не совсем было удобно, что ваш Ангел был не рядом с вокзалом и нам пришлось идти 40 минут, также мы не смогли его найти сразу т.к для нас было неожиданно кто ваш Ангел, а в остальном все хорошо, молодцы.... Очень удобный сервис! На сайте всё понятно, описан каждый шаг. Мы бронировали камеру хранения в Будапеште. Адресов для бронирования много, находятся в удобных местах, рядом с метро.
