Это китайская компания Ctrip, вторая по величине в мире онлайн-туристическое агентство, которое также является материнской компанией Skyscanner. Служба поддержки Trip.com говорит на русском и других языках!
У разных компаний они могут быть либо дороже либо дешевле. Стоимость авиабилетов зависит индивидуальных договорённостей между компанией и авиакомпанией. Для того, чтобы получить минимальные цены воспользуйтесь сравнительным поиском на сайте Imigo.ru, Skyscanner или Aviasales.

I am extremely disappointed in the level of service Trip.com provides and the way the company treats customers! My situation with booking number 36276045717 is simply an outrageous example of disrespect and carelessness towards customers.
After I purchased a ticket from Sao Paulo to Buenos Aires through Trip.com, I was presented with the fact that the ticket was “exchanged”, although I did not give any consent to the change. Trip.com simply passed the responsibility to the airline, stating that they will not offer a full refund, ignoring my requests and thereby violating my rights as a customer.
This situation clearly shows that Trip.com either does not control their agreements with airlines, or is simply unwilling to help customers who are experiencing problems due to their own platform. I was given a choice between a bad and a worse option, and after I asked for help, the manager simply replied with a standard reply. Refusing to refund and offering to accept changes without warning is INTOLERANT and unacceptable!
I do NOT recommend using Trip.com for booking flights, as you may find yourself being left in a difficult situation with no support or real solutions. This experience has forever spoiled my attitude towards their platform and made me think about finding alternatives that truly value customers and are ready to protect their rights.
