The app lacks a mechanism for hosts to confirm reservations, which put me in an awkward situation. I booked a host during non-working hours, and they were unresponsive, leaving me stranded with my luggage. Although I got a refund, I wasted a lot of time.
I suspected something was wrong with the host's working hours since it was closed at 9:30 AM (google maps) despite allowing reservations in application. Support assured me everything was fine and that the host was accepting orders, but they couldn't reach the host either.
Additionally, I paid extra for 24/7 support, but support ignored me in the chat for 20 minutes and were offline, even though I arrived at the scheduled luggage drop-off time.
