Они найдут приют твоим вещам даже на Марсе)))) *только исправьте баг с адресами - они бывают в самых неожиданных местах (магазины, кафе) без опознавательных значков на двери, но ссылка на Гугл не всегда точно совпадает с правильным адресом в самом приложении, из-за этого может быть трудно найти. Операторы сделают всё, чтобы деньги не возвращать. Предлагают кредит на пол года на их услуги. Фактически, в Тель Авиве камера хранения в зачуханной автоматической прачечной, где из персонала нет никого. А "камеры хранения" - просто шкафчики из ДСП с замочком. Выдержит ли этот шкафчик удар ноги? Думаю нет. Короче выброшенные деньги. Оставлять, фактически без присмотра, свои вещи я не стал, деньги за несказанную услугу никто не вернул... Читать полностью

The app lacks a mechanism for hosts to confirm reservations, which put me in an awkward situation. I booked a host during non-working hours, and they were unresponsive, leaving me stranded with my luggage. Although I got a refund, I wasted a lot of time.I suspected something was wrong with the host's working hours since it was closed at 9:30 AM (google maps) despite allowing reservations in application. Support assured me everything was fine and that the host was accepting orders, but they couldn't reach the host either.Additionally, I paid extra for 24/7 support, but support ignored me in the chat for 20 minutes and were offline, even though I arrived at the scheduled luggage drop-off time....
