Never again with Discovery Cars! I booked a car in Tenerife in advance, but when I arrived, my chosen model was simply not available. Instead, they tried to push me into “similar” cars like a Nissan Juke — which are absolutely uncomfortable for a tall person like me.
I immediately tried to contact Discovery Cars customer service to solve the issue, but it was impossible. No phone support, no replies to emails, no answers in chat. Almost 24 hours passed — and still zero response.
Terrible car rental experience. Extremely poor customer service. I strongly do not recommend Discovery Cars to anyone looking for a reliable car rental in Tenerife.
